We Need

A Talent Spotter


As our Talent Sourcer, you are constantly in the quest for exceptional talents to join our team. You will assist the company in our hiring process as you have a continual strategy for discovering specialists, leaders, and future executives for our company. You can work autonomously but also collaboratively with our hiring managers, talent team, and recruitment partners to support our hiring efforts.


As you will be involved in every step of the hiring process, you will be tasked to be a talent spotter across a variety of channels and resources. This will involve identifying potential "fit" through interviews and testing, guiding the interviewing and onboarding process, all while maintaining a focus on ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.

You Will… 


  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: Owning the recruitment process from start to finish. Work with hiring managers and recruitment partners, including establishing job descriptions and sourcing and diversity strategies.

  • Hire top talents: Hiring quality candidates while ensuring diversity and inclusion among teams with agility and speed.

  • Source: You'll be in charge of creating and implementing sourcing strategies, using a variety of sourcing methodologies that produce the best outcomes

  • Become our recruitment expert: Negotiate candidate offers, research markets, and peer organisations, and provide stakeholders with market data and activity information.

  • Become our brand ambassador: You will effectively share the story, vision, and culture of LawAdvisor and ensure a candidate-centred experience during the hiring stage.

  • Be data-driven: You will translate data to insightful reports that measure or predict the best plan of action or strategies.

  • Practice what you preach: being the gatekeepers of our values, we demonstrate them through our actions and help set the standards for the rest of our team.

  • Teach while you learn: you’ll continuously be presented with opportunities to build upon your current toolbelt and knowledge while also helping our team upskill.


Job requirements

Our Work Setup

  • Shift options: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM; 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  • Hybrid schedule with an office in Ayala, Makati


You Should Have…

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment role with a track record of successfully hiring top technical talent.

  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

  • Experience in strategic sourcing, tapping passive talents, and applying data-driven methods for targeted sourcing.

  • Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards)

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills: you’ll need to be proficient in multiple forms of communication to work at your best, communicate with the team, and pitch your own ideas.

  • A meticulous eye: you can delve into the intricacies and produce high-quality results on time.

  • The ability to attract the best candidates while also promoting LawAdvisor's product, culture, and mission.

  • A proactive mindset: you can work with little to no guidance and aren’t afraid to take the initiative to always look for ways to optimise our day-to-day work.

  • An open, growth-focused mindset: whether it's self-reflection or feedback from others, you analyse your mistakes and use them as a driving force to improve yourself for the next situation or problem you find yourself in.

  • The ability to wear multiple hats: strong time management skills and a wide skill set allow you to switch gears quickly as you tackle various tasks and projects.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills: you will face a variety of situations and challenges so you need to be able to craft solutions and analytically think as the situation demands.

  • The ability to build domain and industry knowledge quickly.

  • Experience using Airtable, Recruitee, Zapier, Slack, and Coda.

  • Previous experience in a startup environment.

  • Experience working with a remote and global team.

  • Experience working in the legal services industry.
