A People Growth Architect

You’ll work to bridge the gap between our departmental and company objectives while ensuring that we don’t stray from our ability to continue to challenge, nurture, and guide our people. You lay the foundations for career progression and motivate each employee to strive for excellence. You will own and help scale several key processes in our employee lifecycle and ensure that its people always come first.
Additionally, we’ll look to you for new ideas and opportunities for us to explore and knowledge-share, and a careful eye to find and rectify pitfalls when reviewing our work. As a leader within the Operations team, you will capture and guide us into a working experience that makes our team feel cared for and well-equipped to create visionary work no matter where they are.
You Will…
Drive Employee Performance and Growth: Owns people programs including goal setting, performance programs, engagement, career progression planning, and development programs. Foster a high-performance culture built on open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Enhance Employee Engagement: Create strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and implement improvements.
Be our Employee Total Rewards Advisor. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees. Provide guidance on compensation changes related to promotions, transfers, merit increases or market adjustments.
Build Strong Employee Relationships: Act as a first point of contact for complex employee matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and process.
Optimise Operational Processes: As we grow, identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiencies.
Manage Software Systems: Oversee the management and implementation of HR software systems, ensuring they are utilised effectively to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Champion Our Culture: Embody and promote our values in all interactions and initiatives.

Shift options: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM; 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Hybrid schedule with an office in Ayala, Makati
You Will Thrive in this Role if...
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have 5 years of experience in operations, a generalist HR role, or other People Operations role.
You have excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills: you’ll need to be proficient in multiple forms of communication to work at your best, communicate with the team, and pitch your own ideas.
You have detailed knowledge of relevant employment legislation and policies (for The Philippines as a minimum)
You can craft creative solutions, think analytically and thrive in a culture of high ambiguity.
You can work with little to no guidance and aren’t afraid to take the initiative to always look for ways to optimise our day-to-day work.
You analyse your mistakes and use it as a driving force to improve yourself for the next situation or problem you find yourself in.
You have great time management and organisation skills to switch gears quickly as you tackle various tasks and projects.
You have the ability to build domain and industry knowledge quickly.
